King Armory engineering and CAD

     King Armory does more than just manufacture our own line of parts. Our crew can provide innovative design solutions for your ideas as well. Whether it is simply designing a single part or designing mechanisms, or complex fabricated parts, we can provide accurate blueprints and 3-D modeling for whatever you are working on.

     We also offer standard blueprinting service where we convert your existing blueprints into CAD documents. Our knowledge and equipment allow us to do renderings quickly and accurately, down to zero tolerance if needed.

     King Armory is more than just firearms, we can put our design and manufacturing know-how to work for you or your company. We specialize in product development and prototyping and can get your ideas refined into efficiently made parts quickly.

     We have the manufacturing capabilities to handle everything from small batches of prototype parts to large production runs of products. This lets you focus on running your business and not worrying about the engineering and manufacturing headaches. Most companies have enough expenses and headaches to deal with, let us take care of the engineering, machining, and manufacturing for you. We do complex 3-D CAD modeling which allows us to virtually “build” the product before committing to building parts, saving expense over rework and revised parts. We can design and manufacture machined and/or fabricated metal parts as well as plastics molding. We handle the job from the blueprints to the welding, letting you manage your business more efficiently.

For CNC produced items we recommend planning on a minimum order of 100 units in order to reduce costs.

For our CAD work we exclusively use TurboCAD v18Pro. We specialize in 3D and can generally do your CAD work in 3D for what most companies charge for 2D drawings.
